SUMMER GREEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS 

(4 servings)

  • 200g spring lettuce
  • 1 cucumber cut into rounds
  • 1 cup red pepper cut into rounds
  • 1 cup feta cheese diced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil salt
  • Ground pepper to taste

 

THREE TASTE AND PROTEIN OPTIONS

  • For a teste of garlic, add 8 tablespoons of Don Grillo to taste
  • For a lemony taste, add 6 tablespoons of lime locusts
  • For a slightly spicy taste, add 6 tablespoons of chipotle locusts

 

PREPARATION

 

Wash and cut the vegetables Put the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
